Beer Festival 2008 - (Package)
The Munich Beer Festival ( OktoberFest ) is the largest in the world. 14 beer tents are erected each featuring a different selection of beers from Germany. The fun begins at 11 am on 17 Sept, the official prelude to the opening of the Oktoberfest and involves 1,000 participants including the landlords' families in decorated carriages, horse-drawn drays of the breweries, waitresses on the decorated floats and all the beer tent bands. In the evening 600 selected performers play music, dance and sing in their traditional costumes. There is also a huge exciting Fun Fair.
